Lokesh has more than two decades of experience in the development sector. He has worked with various organizations, including corporate donors, not-for-profit organizations, consulting firms, INGOs, public agencies, state institutions, and grassroots civil society organizations. His focus areas include health promotion and prevention, governance, public accountability, capacity building, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Lokesh specializes in programme design, monitoring, evaluation, and impact management. As a certified CSR professional, he has managed end-to-end CSR portfolios for large corporates in India. Lokesh’s principal areas of interest include CSR strategy development, CSR portfolio management, Impact measurement and management, Rural development, Health care, Climate resilience, and Early childhood education. His work and qualifications show his commitment to social impact and sustainable practices.
Lokesh holds a postgraduate degree in International Health from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and a Master's in Health Sciences from the University of Pune.
