With a proven ability to design and implement robust ESG frameworks, he has consistently led cross-functional teams and forged strategic partnerships that significantly enhance supply chain resilience. Chandan's expertise encompasses acquiring and optimising recyclable plastics supply chains and has transformed operational processes through ethical sourcing, fair trade practices, and advanced technology integration. This innovative approach has been pivotal in establishing in-house and franchise production centres that achieve operational excellence, scalability, and lasting impact.

As a recognised champion for climate initiatives and comprehensive social audits, Chandan leverages his strategic mindset to drive efficiency and transparency in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape. By seamlessly fusing sustainability with cutting-edge technology platforms, Chandan not only streamlines operations but also ensures agility in the face of global challenges. CO-FOUNDER

Lokesh has more than two decades of experience in the development sector. He has worked with various organisations, including corporate donors, not-for-profit organisations, consulting firms, INGOs, public agencies, state institutions, and grassroots civil society organisations. His focus areas include health promotion and prevention, governance, public accountability, capacity building, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Lokesh specialises in programme design, monitoring, evaluation, and impact management. As a certified CSR professional, he has managed end-to-end CSR portfolios for large corporates in India. Lokesh’s principal areas of interest include CSR strategy development, CSR portfolio management, Impact measurement and management, Rural development, Health care, Climate resilience, and Early childhood education. His work and qualifications show his commitment to social impact and sustainable practices.

Lokesh holds a postgraduate degree in International Health from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and a Master's in Health Sciences from the University of Pune. 

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

Charithra is a seasoned professional with 14+ years of expertise in end-to-end social development project management, monitoring & evaluation, and systemic interventions. Adept at overseeing programs from inception to completion, ensuring measurable impact through data-driven strategies. A strong analytical approach and keen attention to detail enable effective tracking of project progress, rapid identification of challenges, and implementation of strategic solutions for sustainable outcomes.

Charithra has extensive experience across South Indian states in enabling fair trade practices, technology adoption, and social-financial inclusion for 10,000+ plastic waste collectors and scrap shop owners. Successfully led initiatives in education, housing, women’s entrepreneurship, livelihood, health, and skill development, driving large-scale community transformation and economic empowerment. 

IT ADVISOR

Sahil is a seasoned Web Application Developer with a robust track record of assisting businesses ranging from start-ups to well-established companies. Expertise in crafting and enhancing web applications, pinpointing and resolving bugs, and managing application value. Adept at developing APIs tailored for mobile and web applications within the healthcare sector and administrative domains.

Proven experience in developing consumer-centric applications with a focus on feature-rich user experiences. Demonstrates strong proficiency in collaborative coding practices using GitHub, coupled with skills in CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment to production environments.

Possesses a dynamic presentation skill set, having successfully demonstrated projects and product demos to clients and end-users, ensuring both clarity and creativity in communication. Committed to continuous learning and innovation, actively researching new platforms and architectural patterns to meet current project demands while staying abreast of emerging technological trends.

ADVISOR- ENVIRONMENT & WILDLIFE CONSERVATION 

K.N. Suresh Kumar is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 25 years of diverse experience in business development, project management, and organizational growth. Beginning his career as a software programmer, he rose to become a PMI-trained Project Manager and has since built and scaled multiple businesses. With deep expertise in strategic hiring, he has successfully established global delivery centers, built high-performing teams across IT, engineering, and edutech sectors, and led large-scale implementation and delivery projects. His strengths span business planning, team building, process design, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership.

A passionate wildlife conservationist, Suresh brings rich field experience in human-wildlife conflict mitigation, biodiversity management, and Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) control. He has served as a consultant to several international airports and has been a speaker at global forums including those hosted by FAA, ICAO, and DGCA. He is also a mindfulness practitioner and certified trainer, designing and leading outbound learning and capacity-building programs for corporates, government agencies, and communities. As a CSR consultant, he bridges corporate efforts with conservation goals, driving impactful environmental programs.

Channiganna B.N. is a seasoned entrepreneur and subject matter expert in manpower solutions and labour law compliance, with over 15 years of industry experience. As the Founder and Managing Director of Loakmaan HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and DCB HR Solutions, he has successfully built trusted partnerships with reputed MNCs across South India. His strategic leadership has transformed the company into a reliable and innovative manpower outsourcing provider.

With a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and workforce dynamics, Mr. Channiganna brings valuable insights into building compliant and efficient HR systems.
