The 'Pre-School Education Support Program' emphasises the importance of the early years, particularly the first five years, in laying the foundation for a child's development into a responsible and productive citizen. By equipping under-resourced preschool education centres with vital teaching and learning materials, we aim to support and enhance these critical early learning stages.

'We and Our Learning' is an Accelerated Learning for All (ALfA) program pioneering, evidence-based initiative that revolutionizes foundational literacy and numeracy for underserved students in Karnataka. By harnessing a unique, child-led, peer-assisted learning model, ALfA has achieved an impressive 86% improvement in academic performance during its pilot phase in Chikkamagaluru. Through rigorous teacher training and innovative, low-cost, activity-based instruction, the program bridges critical learning gaps while cultivating essential 21st-century skills. Ultimately, ALfA not only transforms individual educational outcomes but also lays the foundation for sustainable, long-term social progress.
